Fit call
- tell me which job eats your week: the phone, the inbox, marketing or support
- I tell you whether an AI hire fits, and whether I am the right person for it
- you leave with the first hire I would start with
- a slide deck
Email marketing falling behind? Support replies piling up for your review? I start by writing down how your brand works, then add one AI hire that drafts the work from it. Nothing goes out until you approve it.
Built for founder-led brands selling online, where the founder still approves the marketing and the support replies.
Products, prices, customers, voice, rules: the things you would tell a new employee in their first week, written down once. It is written in plain words you can read and correct. Every hire reads it before it drafts anything, so it answers from your facts instead of guessing.
Each product or service in one plain sentence, the way you would say it.
List prices, discounts, deposits, shipping, and who can change them.
Your customers, and the questions they ask most, with your real answers.
A few messages you liked, and the words you never use.
Returns, cancellations, hours, booking rules, and what the hire must never say.
Which drafts wait for your OK, and who takes the handoff.
Small firms using AI name accuracy as their top problem (46%) and adapting the tools to their business as the next (43%), in the Federal Reserve survey published in 2026. The brain is aimed at both.
Answers from the brain, books your real calendar, and hands off to a person when it is unsure.
No callbacks or texts in this version.
Drafts your emails and campaigns in your voice, from what the brain says is true.
Nothing is sent or posted until you approve it. No cold outreach.
Drafts answers to customer questions from your policies, ready for your OK.
It does not reply on its own, and it never writes reviews.
Sorts the inbox, fills in records, and pulls the weekly numbers together.
Anything that costs money waits for you.
You email a change. It makes the edit, sends you a preview link, and publishes only when you approve.
No change goes live without your OK.
Your data and your accounts stay yours. The contract spells out the rest.
A 60-minute video call about how your business runs, then my written assessment the same day, with the fixed price for the first hire inside.
3 to 6 weeks once started. I connect the hire to your tools and test it on your real questions.
We fix what it gets wrong while you watch the drafts.
Counts: drafts approved, replies drafted, hours saved. When the numbers hold, we talk about the next hire.
Builds are paid half when you sign and half at launch. Monthly care starts at launch, runs 3 months minimum, then month to month with 30 days notice. Phone minutes, AI usage and software are billed at what they cost me.
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the call and I refund the $500 in full. Once the call has happened and you have the assessment, it is not refundable.
Month one of any monthly fee is refundable.
Same idea, and you set it up, test it and keep it working. Anthropic's Small Business plugin connects QuickBooks, HubSpot, Shopify and 25+ other tools, and 65% of the owners who answered its workshop exit survey asked for more hands-on help. I set up the platform you already pay for.
Shopify Sidekick works inside your Shopify admin; HubSpot and QuickBooks agents work inside theirs. The brain is one record that every hire reads.
Cheaper: one well-known app lists $15.60 to $97 a month, and its helpers stop when the monthly credits run out. Here every hire works from a brain written for your business.
Self-serve receptionist apps list from $29 a month. You set those up and tune them yourself. Mine is set up, tested with you, and watched every month.
An onboarding chat agent inside a financial app that answers from the product docs and walks new users to the features they signed up for.
A voice agent that answers the phone, checks the calendar, and books the appointment while the therapist is with a client.
Replaced a WooCommerce plugin stack with a custom ordering platform for retail buyers. Built in eight weeks, not six months.
pFrame, my own product, cut the cost of a product photo from $50-$170 to under $1.
No. Drafts wait for your approval. The front desk answers callers live, but only from what is in your brain. It tells callers it is an AI, and it hands anything else to a person. No hire makes calls, sends texts or writes reviews.
Your data and your accounts stay yours. The contract spells out the rest.
For Brain + First Hire, $1,250 a month: monitoring, keeping the brain current, model updates, up to 10 requests a month, a weekly report with counts and a monthly call. For the Front Desk Hire, $750 a month: monitoring, up to 3 changes a month and a written monthly report with counts. A request or change is one thing you ask for, like a new policy, new hours or a new email template.
I add hires one at a time. Each one has to show its numbers in its report before the next one starts. Each added hire is $2,000 to set up and $400 a month.
The $500 assessment is paid by card when you book, and it is refundable until 24 hours before the call. Builds are paid half when you sign and half at launch. Monthly care starts at launch, runs 3 months minimum, then month to month with 30 days notice. Phone minutes, AI usage and software are billed at what they cost me.
Three separate steps, and you can stop after any of them. Step 1 is a free 15-minute call to find out if an AI hire fits. Step 2 is the AI Staff Assessment, $500: a 60-minute video call and my written assessment the same day. Step 3 is your first hire at a published price, or you take the assessment and stop.
The $500 is paid by card when you book. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the call and I refund it in full. Once the call has happened and you have the assessment, it is not refundable.
Tell me which job is falling behind: email, support, or the inbox. I will tell you which hire I would start with, and whether a $500 AI Staff Assessment is worth your money.
