Consent first
You sign a likeness and voice consent form before anything is made. It names what the twin may say, where it may run, and how you withdraw. Nothing starts without it.

Your photos and voice
You send a few photos and about two minutes of clear voice recording, following a one-page guide. I build the avatar and the voice clone from those, and only those.

Test clips
You get 3 short test clips. If the face, voice or pacing is off, I fix it before any real video is made.

Scripts you approve
Every script is approved by you before the twin speaks it. Each finished video is checked for lip sync, wrong words and on-screen text, then labeled AI-generated.

A twin that never speaks without your OK.
- Only your own face and voice, or the face and voice of someone who signed a consent form. Never a celebrity, a character or anyone else.
- The twin only says scripts you approved. It never endorses something you have not used or states something false.
- Every avatar video carries an "AI-generated" label, and I turn on each platform’s AI label when I upload for you.
- You can withdraw consent in writing at any time. I then make no new videos and delete the avatar and voice clone within 30 days.
- No political, adult or medical-claim content, whatever the script says.
What do you need from me?
A signed consent form, a few well-lit photos, and about two minutes of clear voice recording. A short guide tells you exactly what to record. No studio and no filming day.
Can I make an avatar of someone else, or of a character?
Only of a real person who signs the consent form themselves, such as a co-owner or an employee. I do not make avatars of celebrities, cartoon or game characters, or anyone who has not signed.
Who owns the avatar and the videos?
You do. You get a written usage license for the finished videos. The avatar and voice clone are used only for your business and are deleted when you ask.
What does the AI generation itself cost?
Avatar and voice tool costs for the videos in your package are included in the price. Anything above that needs your written approval first.
How do you pay?
The setup is paid at signing. Single videos are paid half at signing and half on approval. The monthly plan is billed at the start of each month.
Are the samples on this page client work?
No. They are my own digital twin, made for NexAI’s channel and my product-photo app pFrame. Client work only goes public with the client’s written OK.
