For founders

Your AI-built app works in the demo.I make it work in production.

Lovable, Bolt, Replit, Cursor, Claude Code: they get you to a working demo fast. What they do not do is decide what is safe to ship. I review what shipped, write the plan that makes it safe, and either hand you the plan or take it to production myself.

Ideal for apps built with Lovable, Bolt, Replit, v0, Cursor or Claude Code.

01 · What the review coversthe same list every time

Nine things I check before anything ships.

These are the places an AI-built app breaks first. I read the code, run the app, and write down what I find in order of how much it would hurt.

  • auth and authorization enforced on the server
  • secrets out of the client bundle
  • rate limits on every public endpoint
  • webhook signatures verified
  • n+1 queries and missing indexes
  • backups with a restore drill
  • error tracking and alerting
  • dependency and security updates
  • a runbook and an off switch

Want to run these yourself? The full checklist gives each one a test you can do in an afternoon, free.

02 · The pathstop after any step

Discovery, then the audit, then the sprint. Each one is optional.

Every step is priced on its own and credited into the next one. You can take the written plan and stop, or keep going until the app is safe to run a business on.

01

Discovery session + written plan

$500

A 60 to 90 minute working session on your real system (or a read-only repo review), then a written plan within 48 hours: what is broken, what is risky, what to do first, and what it costs. Paid when you book.

  • Credited once into the next rung you buy within 90 days.
02

Production-readiness audit

$1,500 to $2,500

A full review of an AI-built app, or an AI readiness audit across several workflows: severity-ranked findings with the effort to fix each, delivered in 5 business days.

  • Half of the audit fee is credited into a hardening sprint.
03

Production hardening sprint

$4,500 to $8,000

$4,500 fixed for up to 5 critical or high findings in 1 to 2 weeks; $6,000 to $8,000 for 6 to 10 findings in 2 to 3 weeks.

  • Scoped from the audit finding count. Fixed price means fixed.
What it costs in total, with credits applied

Discovery only

$500

Discovery, then the audit

$1,500 to $2,500 (the $500 is credited into the audit)

Discovery, audit, then a hardening sprint

$5,250 to $8,750 (the $500 credited into the audit, half the audit credited into the sprint)
03 · What you get either waythe plan is yours

The plan is yours to keep, whoever does the work.

Path A

Take the plan and fix it yourself

The written plan names your files, your risks, and the order to fix them, with the effort next to each one. Hand it to your own developer or work through it yourself. Nothing in it depends on hiring me.

Path B

Or I take it to production at a fixed price

The sprint is scoped from the audit's finding count, so the number is written down before any work starts. Fixed price means fixed. 50% deposit and 50% on delivery for work under $10,000; 25% milestones above that. Scope changes come with a written number before any work starts.

The guarantee

If the written plan is not worth $500 to you, say so within 7 days and I refund it.

How it startsthree steps, in order

Nobody quotes your project before reading your code.

Three separate steps, and you can stop after any of them. Step 1 is a free 15-minute call to find out if I am the right person. Step 2 is a paid discovery session, $500, that ends in a written plan. Step 3 is a fixed quote for the work, or you take the plan and build it yourself.

Step 1

Fit call

$0 · 15 min
  • bring the app, the repo, or the process you want automated
  • I tell you whether I am the right person for it
  • you leave with the first three things I would look at
  • a slide deck
video call · same weekbook it
Step 2

Discovery + plan

$500
  • 60 to 90 minute working session on your real system
  • written plan within 48 hours: what is broken, what is risky, what to do first, what it costs
  • paid when you book the session, refundable for 7 days after the plan lands
  • proposals written before anyone read your code
credited toward the buildstart here
Step 3

Build or harden

fixed quote
  • take the plan and do it yourself, or
  • I take it to production at a fixed price and timeline
  • every architectural decision logged and explained
  • bench developers you never met
scoped from the planask for a quote

The $500 is paid when you book the session. Cancel at least 24 hours before and I refund it in full.

Fifteen minutes to find out if I am the right person.

Send a link to the app or the repo. I will tell you the first three things I would look at, and whether a $500 discovery session is worth your money.
