Step 3 is your first hire at a published price, or you take the assessment and stop. Each step stands on its own. Nothing you buy commits you to the next one.

You book a video call for the same week. You tell me which job eats your week, and I ask questions. I do not present anything.

AI Staff Assessment
A 60-minute interview about how your business runs: what you sell, what customers ask, where calls and leads slip. I learn the business before I say a word about cost. Then I write the assessment and send it to you the same day.

Your first hire
You choose. Take the assessment and stop, or hire me for the first hire at its published price. I build it, test it with you against your real questions, tune it for 30 days, and from then on it reports its numbers to you.

Two things can follow the assessment. Both are priced in writing first.
Brain + First Hire
A business brain you approve, plus one hire: marketing drafts, support drafts, inbox and back office, webmaster, or front desk. Connections, tests and 30 days of tuning.
Care: up to 10 requests a month, a weekly report with counts, a monthly call. 3-month minimum.
Front Desk Hire
A small brain of your services, prices, hours and policies, and a phone or chat agent that answers from it, books your calendar and hands off to a person. 30 days of tuning.
Care: monitoring, up to 3 changes a month, a written monthly report. 3-month minimum.
For Brain + First Hire, $1,250 a month: monitoring, keeping the brain current, model updates, up to 10 requests a month, a weekly report with counts and a monthly call. For the Front Desk Hire, $750 a month: monitoring, up to 3 changes a month and a written monthly report with counts. A request or change is one thing you ask for, like a new policy, new hours or a new email template.
How builds and monthly care are paid
Builds are paid half when you sign and half at launch. Monthly care starts at launch, runs 3 months minimum, then month to month with 30 days notice. Phone minutes, AI usage and software are billed at what they cost me.
One hire at a time.
You get a report with counts: drafts approved and replies drafted every week on Brain + First Hire, and calls answered, booked and handed off every month on the front desk. When the first hire shows its numbers, we talk about the next one. Each added hire is $2,000 to set up and $400 a month.
