The problem
Monli Pets needed a B2B wholesale platform that could handle complex pricing tiers, bulk orders, and customer-specific catalogs. Their WooCommerce setup needed a stack of paid plugins every month and still couldn't deliver the experience their wholesale customers expected.
What I built
In 8 weeks I built a custom Next.js frontend that works with their existing WooCommerce backend. That kept their data where it was while adding a customer portal with per-account pricing, faster page loads, a layout that works on a phone for ordering on the go, automated inventory sync and order management, and proper search and filtering.
What happened
The platform was delivered in 8 weeks against a 6 month quote from elsewhere. Seven paid plugins were replaced by custom implementations, the monthly plugin fees went to zero, and pages load faster on a phone.
