MonliPets, a sustainable pet product manufacturer with a 100-year textile heritage, was struggling with manual wholesale operations. Their WooCommerce setup required expensive plugins ($300-500/year each) that still couldn't deliver the B2B experience their wholesale buyers expected. Manual order processing via email and phone led to errors, delays, and limited scalability.

Using AI-powered development with Claude, we built a comprehensive B2B wholesale platform in just 8 weeks. The solution features a custom Next.js frontend with a local PostgreSQL cache for lightning-fast product browsing, seamless integration with their existing WooCommerce backend, automated tier-based pricing and volume discounts, multi-carrier shipping integration (USPS, FedEx, UPS), and secure payment processing with Stripe.
